     Since 2020, the total industrial inventory in  Allen/McKinney has practically doubled, fueled by the  rapidly growing communities within and outside of this  submarket. 2.0 million currently slated for construction, it  appears that this momentum will continue to carry  forward into the second half of the 2020s. The largest of  these projects is the second phase of a data center,  CyrusOne, located in Allen. This 976,000 SF expansion  will add to the existing 346,000 SF facility, which was  originally constructed in 2018. Phase 2 is anticipated to  be completed by mid-2026.
